Despite the sovereignty-destroying Trans-Pacific Partnership being so unpopular that both major parties' presidential candidates are campaigning against it, the Obama White House notified Congress that legislation to approve the globalist “free-trade” regime was on its way. It seems that the establishment is hoping to ram through the deeply controversial regional-governance scheme during the “lame-duck” session of Congress — after the election and after voters lose their chance to remove elected representatives for another two years. Critics in Congress and beyond from all across the political spectrum, though, are speaking out forcefully. Opponents noted that one way to stop it would be to prevent Congress from holding a lame-duck session at all.

In what analysts are suggesting is highly suspicious, establishment voices want American intelligence agencies to feed GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump “fake” briefings. As the Republican and Democrat nominees begin receiving classified intelligence briefings, questions surrounding the accuracy and completeness of the information Trump is getting may indeed be warranted. For one, top officials and prominent voices, including Democrat Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada, have openly and repeatedly called for intelligence agencies to supply “fake” briefings to the Republican nominee.

Despite a historic opportunity for third parties to do well this presidential election, Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson seems determined to blow it. In the equivalent of shooting himself in the political foot, Johnson announced support for a deeply unpopular tax on emissions of carbon dioxide, or CO2, to stop alleged “climate change.” And he sought to deceive voters while doing it, framing the tax scheme as a “fee” and a “free-market approach.”

After enraging globalists around the world recently with his vow to ignore the “stupid” United Nations climate regime adopted in Paris, firebrand Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is at it again. This time, responding to UN criticism of his controversial “war on drugs,” the recently elected leader of the Philippines is now threatening to leave the entire UN as well — and maybe even set up a rival organization.

Partners in Crime presents some of the enormous amount of evidence that the Clintons have taken bribes in order to buy the direction of U.S. policy.

Over the last year, The New American magazine published (online and in print) a series of articles exposing UNESCO chief Irina Bokova, a Bulgarian communist operative surrounded by corruption allegations who was being pushed by establishment forces as the “front-runner” to lead the United Nations next year. Apparently the widespread dissemination of the information, along with the tireless efforts of anti-communist Bulgarians to sound the alarm, may have played a significant role in derailing Bokova's bid to serve as UN secretary-general. Unsurprisingly, communist forces in Bulgaria, which remain very powerful to this day, joined with their allies in the media to libel this magazine and its parent organization, The John Birch Society, for exposing the truth. From claiming that The New American has links to Turkish intelligence or the KKK to arguing that the magazine is part of an imaginary “Kochtopus” conspiracy, no discredited libel was too ludicrous for Bokova's friends. However, one independent media outlet in Bulgaria, Faktor, offered The New American and this writer an opportunity to respond to the charges and the conspiracy theories. The translated interview was published on Friday, August 19, in Faktor.bg. What follows is the English version.

Under the guise of providing increased “security” for “critical infrastructure,” the Obama administration is plotting to insert itself and the federal government into the American elections process. While voting is constitutionally the responsibility of state and local officials, Obama's Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnson, pointed to the alleged threat of cyberattacks to justify the latest proposed usurpation of power. The controversial scheme was floated amid growing national concerns, fueled in part by GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump's warnings of a “rigged” election, that America's electoral system might be vulnerable to major manipulation. Critics and experts have also warned that the White House scheming may be a first step toward illegally nationalizing the electoral process — with all the dangers that would entail.

As Communist China prepares to host and lead the “Group of 20” G20 summit for the first time next month, the regime is boasting about its “leading role” in “global economic governance” and building up “the international order.” Bringing together the world's 20 most powerful governments and dictatorships to plot humanity's future, the Chinese Communist Party's brutal leaders and propaganda organs have been celebrating that emerging new world order — and their major role within it. At the upcoming summit, the regime also vowed to work with other G20 members to develop policies that will “steer the world economy into the future” toward a “green global economy” under the United Nations Agenda 2030 plan for humanity.

In the latest example of lawless decrees coming from the executive branch, the Obama administration is taking aim at gunsmiths and free speech. Basically, if a recent “regulation” is not stopped, gunsmithing — an American tradition stretching back centuries that was crucial in the War for Independence — will be effectively made illegal, experts say.

The Obama administration is demanding that Congress immediately approve new tax funding for Zika research, but has so far failed to mention that Obama already diverted $500 million worth of infectious disease research funds to illegally finance the United Nations “climate” bureaucracy's slush fund. In the meantime, to deal with the alleged budget shortfall caused by the previous illegal diversion of funds, the White House has diverted tax money from other programs to pay for Zika research.
