A year after the dictator-dominated United Nations declared war on “ideologies” such as “anti-Muslim bigotry” and opposition to mass immigration, the White House cooked up a fresh version of the Obama administration's national plot to supposedly prevent people from adopting unapproved ideologies.

If and when the world cooks from the alleged man-made global warming, the United Nations and its largely unfree member regimes are determined to make sure you have to endure it with no air-conditioner or refrigerator. But the latest development in the UN’s “green agenda” is about much more than waging war on prosperity, liberty, and cooling technologies under the guise of saving Mother Earth, as UN leaders made clear in recent days.

The so-called “green transformation” of the world toward centralized control and global governance is now “unstoppable” and “irreversible,” claimed the UN environmental czar after a UN summit in Rwanda last week. At the controversial UN conference, under the pretense of battling alleged man-made global warming, close to 200 governments and dictators agreed to amend the “Montreal Protocol” with a new jihad on important molecules used in everything from air-conditioners and refrigerators to medical inhalers.

Expressing nostalgia for the days when just three establishment-controlled propaganda organs dominated the public narrative, President Obama lashed out at what he called the “wild, wild west” media landscape that allows non-establishment voices and viewpoints to be heard. Claiming that “censorship” would not be the answer, Obama called for Americans to submit to a vaguely defined (presumably government-run) “curating function” that would help “discard” unapproved information. Critics, though, warned that an increasingly desperate establishment was plotting all-out war on freedom of the press and the free Internet.

The United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) will be meeting behind closed doors next month to push more and higher taxes around the world, sparking outrage from journalists, stakeholders, taxpayers, and more. Under the guise of reducing tobacco consumption and raising money for governments, the controversial global “health” outfit's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) is also concocting broad policy measures having to do with border security, trade, “public health,” and more. And according to experts, some of those policy prescriptions, ironically, contribute to furthering illicit trade and, by extension, end up helping to fund terrorism. Others will fuel increased tobacco use, experts said.

Globalism-loving socialist Antonio Guterres of Portugal, infamous primarily for helping to engineer the massive tsunami of Islamic immigration into the West, has been officially selected as the next secretary-general of the United Nations. His prescription for what ails the world: more socialism at the planetary level, more power for the UN, more “global governance,” and more mass migration from the Third World to Western countries. In other words, more of the same extremism that already has the world on the brink.

In an apparent effort to protect Obama and Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the politicized Obama Justice Department dropped charges against an arms dealer accused of arming Obama- and Clinton-backed Islamist terror groups. Among those receiving U.S. arms from the administration's illegal programs, the arms dealer said, were al-Qaeda, the Islamic State (ISIS), and other terrorist organizations, some of which went on to topple and kill former Libyan dictator and U.S. government “terror war” ally Moammar Gadhafi.

Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, who stood firm in defense of marriage and the Constitution despite a blatantly illegal U.S. Supreme Court ruling pretending to create a “right” to “homosexual marriage,” was suspended from his elected post this week by rogue judicial officials. The removal was obtained without the required unanimous support. According to Justice Moore's attorneys, that means the outcome of the legal assault was itself an “unbelievable violation of the law.”

Despite the lawless attack on Justice Moore, however, the fact remains that neither the U.S. Supreme Court nor the federal government have any legitimate authority over marriage — much less the authority to redefine or even undefine it and then impose their radical view on the entire nation.

Globalism Is “Demonic,” Theologians Say

As the radical ideology of globalism comes under increasing pressure worldwide, a number of prominent theologians are joining the discussion, blasting the internationalist movement as “demonic” and even “anti-Christ” in nature. With a link on the subject to the widely read Christian Post appearing this week on the influential Drudge Report, the sharp criticism is making major waves worldwide. But the argument is hardly new.

The opening shot in a widely anticipated establishment crackdown on educational freedom may have been fired last week. Speaking at a breakfast with reporters, Obama's controversial Education Secretary, pro-Common Core activist John King, said he was “concerned” that some home-educated children were not getting the “breadth of instructional experience” they would get at a traditional school. While the senior Obama bureaucrat acknowledged that many homeschool families are doing it well, he also repeated the debunked smear that homeschooled children lack opportunities for socialization. Experts and critics, though, promptly lambasted King for his naive or malicious comments, suggesting that, if anything, he ought to be far more concerned about children in public schools. Some experts even offered to help educate Obama's education chief on the issue.

The terms “religious freedom” and “religious liberty” are actually just code words for racism, intolerance, sexism, discrimination, and more, according to a radical left-wing activist Obama appointee serving as chairman of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR). In a report released this month on balancing religious freedom with government decrees, the controversial outfit also called on policymakers to limit as much as possible religious exemptions on everything from mandated support for homosexuality to allowing men into girls' bathrooms. Critics, though, are outraged at the bigotry and intolerance displayed by Obama's extremist appointees.
