I Belive in GOD,The BIBLE,THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,AND THE PEOPLE OF TEXAS.
AND I BELIVE IN THE LAWS(even though I may, disagree With some )
I DO AGREE WITH ZACH,A LAW SHOULD BE PASSED,TO STOP FEDERAL INTERVENTION,In STATE MATTERS,WHERE THERE IS NO NEED.
TEXAS,Has Always Taken Care Of TEXAS Problems!,WITH D.P.S.RANGERS.
And Yes,MAYBE IAM A RIGHT WING EXTREMIST,I ALSO BELIVE IN PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY,I ENLISTED IN THE U.S.NAVY,I HAVE WORKED AS A PEACE OFFICER,A FIRE FIGHTER,FIRE MARSHAL,AND A TRUCK DRIVER,HAD A GUN ALL MY LIFE,Never Killed A HUMAN,Lots OF RABBITS,SQIRILLS,SNAKES,ARMADILLOS,BIRDS,SO,I GUESS I AM A MASS MURDERER.

Isn't expecting the supreme court to rule in favor of the state like expecting the fox to give the chicken back to the farmer. - cheryl fincher

"Under the proposed bill, as soon as somebody notifies the Texas Attorney General that he intends to manufacture or sell guns without a federal permit, he is required to seek a ruling from a federal court making sure it is legal."

Gee, I wonder how the Feds will rule? This legislation is hot air. As soon as the Feds raise their evil voices, the states will cower and give up.

What they should do is direct the state police to arrest any Feds trying to enforce federal law voided by this legislation. - zach
