If you then read the actual Rand study to which I refer in that post, you will see that Rand developed a legitimate technique for improving the accuracy of group decisions by eliminating the troublesome difficulties that attend personal interactions within groups. In contrast, the technique most commonly referred to as "Delphi" today is a radically different concept that involves eliminating participants' contributions entirely while convincing participants that they have been active contributors to group decisions. There is plenty of legitimate stuff about the government that is worth bashing, but Rand's Delphi is not a good example.
