The statewide undertaking ended December 10. Over 400 ICE agents participated, and of the 286 illegal immigrants arrested, more than 200 had previous convictions in the United States for armed robbery, rape, and other major crimes — but had previously eluded capture. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows an employer, using information reported on an employee's Form I-9, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. For most employers, the use of E-Verify is voluntary and limited to determining the employment eligibility of new hires only. The employers who must use E-Verify are all federal contractors and subcontractors with a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) E-Verify clause in their contracts. If their contract has a FAR E-Verify clause, they must use E-Verify. Photo: AP Images Trackback(0)

286? All 12 to 30 million illegal aliens are criminals. Our so-called leaders are shafting American citizens. Now Rep. Gutierrez wants to hand out amnesty for $500. That's about the current value of 30 pieces of silver. And the betrayal goes on and on! |

just say NO... to shamnesty Quote: "the administration hopes to make amnesty more palatable." Each and EVERY member of Congress who supports shamnesty is a Traitor to the American people. PERIOD! Quote: " Of course, this ignores the fact that every single illegal immigrant is guilty of breaking the law; they are all criminals by definition. They may not have robbed anyone at gunpoint, but they are taking advantage of U.S. welfare programs and medical care while taking jobs away from legal citizens. Their illegal activities may be less violent, but they still hurt the American economy and Americans in general." THIS is the truth that our Muslim-in-Chief and Janet Napolitano are side stepping in their ( so called) pursuit of illegal aliens. Then they want to tie the hands of people like Joe Arpaio in Az. from TRULY enforcing our laws. |

I live amongst illegals I live amongst illegal immigrants, and here is a list of unlawful activities that my illegal neighbors have done, or are doing, excluding their being here illegally: 1) using false IDs; 2) driving without insurance or without the proper paper work for their autos; 3) selling on the black market, including stuff stolen from foreclosed houses and kited jewelry; 4)living in illegal housing; 5) selling drugs; 6) threatening neighbors, including myself, with bodily harm; 7) carrying guns in their cars without a license; running small auto rings, where they confiscate autos and then re-assign them; having loud parties outside their homes, with amplified music or bands, right next to neighbor's homes; 9) not paying income taxes; 10) illegal possession of cows, pigs, goats, roosters, etc.; 11) illegal disposing of animal wastes; 12) refusing to abide by housing codes if they are owners of homes; 14) double, triple parking of autos right on the street, or parked the wrong way, or having ten autos all parked on their front lawn; 15) having cock fights and letting their dogs run loose around the neighborhood, and there is more, but that is enough for starters. Most of the women are overweight, even before they are Thirty, and that will be a big health care cost for our country in the futue, and few have any skills beyond day laborer or handy-work, and they do ask for certain welfare, often using different names and addresses, such as AFDC, food stamps, and one family gets about a thousand a month for a 'needy' child. We all know about their health care costs. |

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested 286 illegal immigrants with criminal records during a three-day operation in California. It was the largest crackdown of this kind ever carried out by federal authorities.
