Even as the military arm of the United Nations struggles with scandals and atrocities perpetrated by its infamous “blue helmet” troops, the Obama administration joined forces with the UN and dozens of its member governments and dictatorships in pledging to strengthen the global body’s so-called “peacekeeping” machinations. The controversial planetary war-making forces, which have come under strong criticism for raping and slaughtering civilians amid various UN missions around the world, received strong backing to expand on a wide range of fronts. The Obama administration also emphasized again that it hopes to extract vastly more funds from U.S. taxpayers to support the UN’s “peace” enforcement worldwide.

Obama admitted in an interview aired last weekend that his unconstitutional warmongering in Syria was “contradictory.” But he was not referring to his half-baked plot to arm and train “moderate” jihadist rebels to fight supposedly less moderate jihadists that have been among the top beneficiaries of his machinations in the region. Ironically, Obama’s own admission of “contradiction” contradicts statements by his own senior officials, as well as the truth. And the contradictions — or outright deception — hardly end there.

Under the guise of fighting the terror war amid chaos in Iraq and Syria, the Obama administration is boosting its collaboration with the self-styled “law enforcement” partner of the United Nations known as Interpol. The Washington, D.C., arm of the deeply controversial outfit, formally dubbed the International Criminal Police Organization, will be “spearheading” an Obama-backed plot known as the “Foreign Terrorist Fighter Program,” the U.S. Justice Department announced in a statement. The unveiling of the scheme follows the UN Security Council’s approval last week of a “binding” resolution sponsored by Obama to create a new global terrorism regime, complete with what amounts to a planetary “no-fly” list.

Protests in semi-autonomous Hong Kong demanding more liberty and autonomy from the Communist Chinese dictatorship ruling mainland China have been boiling over in recent days, with the regime in Beijing and its minions in Hong Kong’s government using tear gas and heavy-handed police tactics to disperse fast-growing demonstrations. Instead of breaking up, though, the crowds grew larger.

UN Approves Obama-sponsored "Terrorism" Regime

Under the guise of fighting “terrorism,” a controversial proposal by the Obama administration to create a new international travel regime controlling who can go where, and when, was adopted unanimously by the United Nations Security Council on September 24. Among other elements, the new UN regime purports to force national governments and dictators to adopt laws prohibiting travel abroad by anyone “suspected” of links to “terror,” which the UN has no definition for. In addition to boosting the UN’s role in allegedly fighting nebulous notions of “terrorism” and “extremism,” the measure will also further empower the global outfit’s fledgling self-styled “law enforcement” agency known as Interpol. While Obama and the UN claim their new regime is "binding" on humanity, it will not be presented to the U.S. Senate for the constitutionally required advice and consent needed for treaties.

Amid the stench of virtually non-stop scandals and even being in criminal contempt of Congress due to the ongoing Fast and Furious cover-up, Obama’s disgraced Attorney General Eric Holder plans to resign as soon as a replacement is found. The White House announced the deeply controversial figure’s resignation on Thursday after resisting years of public and congressional pressure on the issue. For some critics, though, resigning is not enough — they say Holder ought to be prosecuted and jailed for a wide range of serious crimes. Former Justice Department officials and analysts, meanwhile, said repairing the damage Holder has done would be a Herculean but crucial task for his successor.

After having already handed Libya to al-Qaeda-linked jihadists with help from NATO and the United Nations, the Obama administration this week began bombing targets in Syria without congressional or constitutional authority. The plot to bomb Syria is supposedly aimed at battling the self-styled “Islamic State” (also known as ISIS and ISIL) — a terror group that has been among the top beneficiaries of the U.S. government’s controversial machinations in Syria thus far. However, as the bombs were raining down on Syria, top administration officials were openly celebrating their half-baked plan to help overthrow the dictatorship of Bashar al Assad, too.

With no global warming for almost two decades and record-high levels of sea ice, increasingly desperate climate alarmists have been frantically searching for something — anything! — to keep the hysteria from melting completely. That is especially important now, with the United Nations convening its member governments and dictators in New York to map out new taxes and a global “climate” regime to impose on humanity under the guise of fighting warming. Then it happened: On September 15, the Obama administration’s scandal-plagued agencies NASA and NOAA, which have been repeatedly accused by experts of manipulating temperature data to show warming, announced that August had allegedly been (just barely) the “warmest on record.” It seems that was not actually the case, climate researchers say.

Amid no increase in temperatures for almost two decades and record-high levels of sea ice, tens of thousands of global-warming protesters, maybe more, marched in New York City on Sunday demanding a wide array of absurdities and totalitarian measures.

Russia is essentially an oligarchy, with the rich and powerful running the show. And America is increasingly becoming as centralized as Russia. Now, we are being drawn together.
