Brazenly defying United Nations member governments from around the world, the UN decided to promote homosexuality, same-sex parenting, transgenderism, and other controversial agendas on a series of commemorative postage stamps. It is the next step in the UN's divisive “Free and Equal” campaign, which claims to have reached a billion people with its propaganda. Around the world, though, critics of the so-called LGBT agenda — Lesbian, “Gay,” Bisexual, and Transgender — expressed outrage, slamming the UN and calling on pro-LGBT zealot Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon to apologize and even resign. The UN boss similarly came under fire just last year after publicly celebrating a homosexual “marriage” and a child molester known for raping underage boys.

Further illustrating what would at least appear on the surface to be the incredible absurdity of what passes for U.S. government “foreign policy,” Sunni jihadist “rebels” in Syria backed by al-Qaeda and the Obama administration have been battling against Shia militias that have also been backed by Obama. Both sides are fighting with American weapons, according to news reports. How much money U.S. taxpayers forked over to arm the two warring Islamic factions was not immediately clear. But the enormous human tragedy on the ground is growing quickly.

The United Nations “climate” regime negotiated in Paris last year could be dead in the water before the pseudo-treaty underpinning it is even formally signed in April at UN headquarters. That is because the U.S. Supreme Court this week, in a potentially devastating setback to the UN and Obama, temporarily blocked the centerpiece of the White House's global-warming agenda, the so-called Clean Power Plan.

Big Brother wants to be an “equal partner” with American parents in the raising of their own children, starting before they are even born. He wants to send his agents to your house for “home visits,” too. Believe it or not, two powerful arms of Obama administration, the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), explicitly say so themselves.

With help and funding from the federal government, Big Brother is about to get inside your child's mind — literally. Emerging technologies backed by the U.S. Department of Education are already being deployed in “education,” with federal education bureaucrats hoping to eventually use those tools to monitor and track everything from children's “mindsets” and “attitudes” to their “emotions” and “cognitive processes.” Much of it is being pursued under the guise of improving and individualizing schooling. But the reality is probably not that simple. Experts have been warning about the trends for decades. Even a layman, though, can see that the dire potential abuses of such technology.

The United Nations is exploiting hysteria over the Zika virus to wage war on babies, stepping up its efforts to legalize abortion across pro-life Latin American nations where the killing of unborn children largely remains a serious crime. While stoking fears over the virus, the UN is even claiming that what it disingenuously refers to as “human rights” and “international law” demand that pre-born babies in Latin America lose their right to life. Pro-life advocates, religious leaders, and governments across the region, though, are fighting back hard.

Under the guise of battling “extremism” and “radicalization,” authorities in the United Kingdom announced plans to crack down on homeschooling families and even on church-run Sunday-school programs for children. The public at large is being told that the dizzying array of proposed new government “extremism” schemes are aimed at stopping groups such as the Islamic State and other jihadists from “radicalizing” children. But with Christian Sunday schools being lumped in with Islamic madrasas, in practice, Christians and home educators are admittedly in the government's crosshairs as well. And now, critics of the agenda are sounding the alarm

With the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) signed today in New Zealand by officials from the 12 governments and dictatorships ensnared in the sovereignty-smashing “free trade” regime, opposition to the plot — dubbed “Obamatrade” by critics — is surging across the political spectrum. In the presidential primaries, virtually nobody, not even known establishment candidates, dares to express support for the scheme. In Congress, members of both parties are up in arms, calling on their colleagues to crush the TPP before it crushes America. And among the grassroots, Americans of all political persuasions are outraged, ranging from labor unions and environmental groups to conservative, libertarian, and constitutionalist forces.

Following a signing ceremony this week in New Zealand, the Obama administration is calling on the GOP-controlled Congress to hurry up and approve the massive “free-trade” regime known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Despite fierce opposition and the ongoing presidential primaries, Obama's Trade Representative, Michael Froman, said he was confident that Republican lawmakers would comply with the White House's demand in the months ahead, warning of “economic consequences” if Congress did not make haste. At this point, though, approval appears to be far from certain. Dubbed “Obamatrade” by critics, the deeply controversial treaty has opponents up in arms all across the political spectrum, despite support from the establishment wing of both parties.

After years of running up against unconstitutional federal education mandates imposed on states using bribes and bludgeoning from Washington, D.C., a group of parents and grassroots education activists from across America is launching a fresh effort to shut down the U.S. Department of Education once and for all. The mission: “Stop Fed Ed.”
