Illegal Alien Sex Crimes, Guns & Anarcho-Tyranny | Print |  E-mail

The horrific sex crimes perpetrated by illegal immigrants is just one reason so many Americans are riled up about the border with Mexico. Of course, the left has officially pronounced these sensible Americans as racist, one reason why President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama didn’t and won’t do anything about it. No matter. The crimes of illegals are reported every day. Americans know the truth. They understand, if only intuitively, what the late conservative columnist Sam Francis called the “anarcho-tyranny.”

The two latest grim stories come from Texas. In Weslaco, three illegals kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 23-year-old student at South Texas College. In Lubbock last week, a judge sentenced another illegal to 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

These crimes, however, are relatively mild. In New City, N.Y., in 2006, for instance, housewife and mother Mary Nagle fell victim to an illegal Guatemalan. Prosecutors said the scene resembled “something from a horror movie,” and as this writer reported in The New American in 2007, “he beat her to a pulp with a lamp, and slashed her with a razor, nearly amputating one of her fingers in the attack. Investigators found a piece of her ear lobe and clumps of hair on the floor. After he finished raping, sodomizing, and mutilating Mrs. Nagle, he used her cellphone to call her sisters and friends and describe his unspeakable deed in pornographic detail.”

The shocking number of illegal-alien sex criminals in the United States came to light about three years ago, thanks to Deborah Schurman-Kauflin and her Violent Crimes Institute. When she looked at the data for 1,500 illegal-alien sex criminals, Schurman-Kauflin concluded that tens of thousands of sex offenders stream across the border and commit their ghastly crimes here. Over the eight-year period that she studied, she concluded that some quarter-million sex criminals had crossed. That’s about 100 per day.

The 1,500 illegal-alien sex criminals she investigated in detail victimized 5,999 people, about four victims each. Of those crimes studied, Schurman-Kauflin reported, “525 (35%) were child molestations, 358 (24%) were rapes, and 617 (41%) were sexual homicides and serial murders.” Schurman-Kauflin scrutinized 88 months of crime data and concluded that illegal aliens victimized nearly 1 million people.

While this mayhem continues, politicians fret about something else: the alleged flow of American guns to Mexican drug traffickers. Peddling a bogus statistic suggesting that 90 percent of the guns confiscated at crime scenes in Mexico come from the United States, leftist Sen. Diane Feinsten (D-Calif.) and her ilk would eliminate the right of an American to protect himself with a gun.

The chain of illogic runs this like: forget about illegal alien sex criminals. Rather, adopt anti-gun laws to staunch the trickle of American guns into Mexico. That, in turn, would impede American women from using guns to defend themselves against the very sex criminals the gun-grabbing politicians permit to run across the border.

Yet the formula is completely logical within the framework of anarcho-tyranny. Anarcho-tyranny, columnist Francis wrote, is “a kind of Hegelian synthesis of what appear to be dialectical opposites, the combination of oppressive government power against the innocent and the law-abiding, and simultaneously, a grotesque paralysis of the ability of the will to use that power to carry out basic public duties such as protection of public safety.”

Under anarcho-tyranny, he wrote, politicians “avoid performing such basic functions as stopping real crime and think up purely fictitious functions that will raise revenue, enhance the power of the police or bureaucrats, and foster the illusion that the state is doing its job. The victims of these new functions and law are precisely otherwise law-abiding and innocent citizens.” In other words, “government swells in power, criminals are not controlled, and law-abiding citizens wind up being repressed by the state and attacked by thugs.”

If that doesn’t describe modern America, nothing does. Just ask the victim of an illegal-alien rapist.

Lies, d**ned Lies, and Statistics. Example of number 2.
Schurman-Kauflin arrives at her shocking statistic by
assuming that the 2% of illegal alien arrestees who are
arrested for sex crimes are representative of the entire
illegal alien population including those who are never
arrested for anything.

That is a pretty wild assumption.

Consider that about 5% of prisoners in Minnesota state
prisons are sex offenders. Does that mean that 5% of
Minnesotans are sex offenders? If not, then Schurman-Kauflin
is lying to us about illegal alien sex offenders. If so, Minnesotans are more than twice as threatening to our safety
as are illegal aliens.

The price of illegal immigration
Fred, you're about as ignorant of reality as you could possibly be. Those of us living the nightmare of this illegal invasion in Arizona see the reality all to clearly: the vast majority of violent crimes are committed by illegals, both here and in southern California, and that's to say nothing of the incredible expense in terms of the burden on our schools, hospitals, and lost wages by Americans who could sure use those jobs in this sabotaged economy. The above article is dead on the money.

No one can understate the impact of legal and illegal immigration on America.

Whether it was immigration or the foibles of Stupid Party (Republicans) and the Evil Party (Democrats), Sam Francis, who Cort references, was always on target. I put together an anthology of Sam's published and unpublished speeches and articles entitled "Shots Fired: Sam Francis on America's Culture War" which carries a foreword by Pat Buchanan.. The American Library Association (of all people) called it "Invaluable political cogitation." It's available at Amazon.com

You tell 'em Jeff - this invasion of our homeland is choking our schools, draining our welfare and social services programs and pushing our crime rate through the roof. The local(East Texas) paper regularly publishes the list of indictments handed down by our county grand jury, and the names are ever-increasingly Hispanic. Too often, their crimes are violent, (they love to shoot each other) or of a sexual nature (they love to screw each other). P.S. This place is crowded enough without them.
