In an on-air confrontation earlier this week with co-host Brian Kilmeade on Fox and Friends on the Fox News Channel, former Minnesota Governor and Navy Seal Jesse Ventura had argued it was torture. Ventura had undergone waterboarding as part of his military SERE training.

Torture? Mancow cheated. He got to bail out. US detainees didn't get to bail out unless they agree to talk (which means making something up if they don't know anything). The responsible people should not only be tried for war crimes, but for incompetence. |

By any other name If a non-friendly had information that will prevent the killing of Americans I want it out of him by any means. Any American who thinks it's not worth torturing this info out of someone should be the first to volunteer themselves and their families to be the victims of an attack. Better to win by any means, than lose on principle. |
