Population control, indeed Abortion, as it is promoted by the left, is certainly part of the internationalists' plan for a dramatic population reduction. In their effort to reduce "carbon footprints" and thus put people under the control of international governmental bodies (such as the U.N.), leftists (and pseudo-conservatives, for that matter) are actively encouraging abortion by portraying it as a "right" that every so-called civilized society should embrace. The disturbing irony to this is that the very uncivil societies that most brutally treat their citizens are the ones that engage in population control. China comes to mind, as does Japan, with its new government policy of literally checking the weight of all citizens 40 and older. Abortion is just one of the many components of world government. The destruction of the U.S. dollar is soon to come, as well. |

Save lives by killing babies I see that John Kerry and Nancy "Botox" Pelosi think that aborting (killing) babies saves lives. They must have some sort of mental defect. As for the "empty suit" financing the export of the culture of death, what did you expect? |

... How can we morally give one cent of our money to this monster of an entity that extorts us to kill children here and overseas? Paying taxes makes every American complicit in this holocaust. |

Bunch of Loons Why is abortion policy being termed a "population" control mechanism by Republicans? If we're trying to control the population, why don't we go after Christian sects that believe that the more children one has the more highly God looks upon them (thus families with 10+ kids). Abortion rights involve family planning, just like choosing to have 15 kids. Abortion policy is a "rights" control mechanism, it is a promotion of the freedom of choice. We are effectively spreading this freedom of choice to other countries. Anyone who thinks that this particular policy is an extension of the killing of children, or "culture of death", is ignorant and would be wise to more properly understand the situation. Not electing to go forward with this would be an extension of our little empathy or care for the poor. If you think that this policy is expanding the "culture of death" then you probably hate poor people. |

Federal money — taxpayers’ money — will now be available for many international groups that promote or provide abortions. The White House issued a statement on Friday at 7 p.m. EST, saying
