Planned Parenthood Plans to Spend $45 Million to Flip Congress and White House

Acting President and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson is scheduled to speak Sunday at the National Immigrant Integration Conference  at the TCF Center, formerly the Cobo Center, in Detroit. This is the first time that McGill Johnson will address the public since the organization she heads announced that it would no longer accept Title IX funds after President Donald Trump issued an order forbidding clinics from promoting abortion as a birth control option.

As you might imagine, Planned Parenthood didn’t take the new rules well.

To undo what the president has done, Planned Parenthood has put together a plan to return the Senate to the control of the Democratic Party, as well as to see someone more friendly to the pro-abortion organization elected to the White House.

Planned Parenthood’s Super PAC will reportedly spend at least $45 million to accomplish their campaign agenda.

The focus of the efforts will be on “large-scale grassroots” movements, as well as identifying and financially supporting the campaigns of pro-abortion candidates nationwide.

“Next November, our very rights and freedoms will be on the ballot,” Kelley Robinson, executive director of Planned Parenthood Votes, told The Hill. “Already, we’ve seen Trump and his buddies in Congress and state legislatures do everything they can to strip us of our rights and access to health care.”

“We have steadily been building our power over the last decade and we are ready to set the table on our terms. We are fired up, we are engaged, and we are going to win,” Robinson added.

A report published by the Washington Free Beacon revealed that a new political action committee launched by George Soros donated $350,000 to Planned Parenthood Virginia.

“The Democracy PAC, Soros’s PAC that was created earlier this year for the 2020 election cycle, sent a $350,000 donation to Planned Parenthood Virginia’s committee in September, according to filings on the Virginia Public Access Project’s website. The donation appears to be the largest outside contribution ever received by the committee. A majority of its funds previously came from its action fund and the super PAC Planned Parenthood Votes,” the Free Beacon report indicated.

In its annual report published in January, Planned Parenthood reveals that it conducted 332,757 abortions for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2018, an increase from 321,384 during the previous fiscal year.

Read that again. In a publicly available report, an organization in the United States of America announces that it assisted in the slaughter of at least 332,757 pre-born children.

Now, that same organization announces that it will spend at least $45 million to create a political condition wherein it will be free to kill more innocent lives — actions that in a more civilized society would be considered murder as opposed to a “right to choose.” Obviously, no abortionist is able to explain why the aborted life is considered merely “tissue” up unitl birth, but then magically becomes a baby as soon as this “tissue” exits the birth canal.

The notion that abortion is nothing less than pre-meditated murder is not new, despite efforts by abortion advocates to paint their opposition as religious fanatics.

Sometime around 400 B.C. the renown Greek physician Hippocrates is believed to have written a code of conduct for doctors, known as the Hippocratic Oath.

Originally, that oath forbade doctors from “giving a woman an instrument to procure abortion.”

That provision of the Oath was omitted, though, around 1948.

Today, students graduating from medical school take a variety of oaths, many of which simply call for physicians to “uphold medical principles.”

In this “evolution” of the Hippocratic oath — an oath written by a “pagan” — do we not also see the “evolution” of the acceptance by American society of doctors who purposefully and proudly provide women with the means of killing their unborn children?

How did we become a people who have come to consider physician-assisted murder of the unborn as a political issue?

Planned Parenthood’s determination to return Congress and the White House to people who will remove all restrictions on their “right” to receive millions of dollars from taxpayers to kill babies is despicable, regardless of one’s religion. People of all creeds who consider abortion to be murder must put aside political differences if they would keep Planned Parenthood from achieving its goal of flipping Congress and the White House.
