During congressional testimony on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act on Tuesday, registered nurse Jill Stanek testified that she has personally witnessed infants born alive during failed abortions, and that the protocol was to leave them in a “soiled utility room,” and later a “comfort room,” until they perished.
